About the author
Reverend John Walden MA, F.inst SMM(Rt), APS. is a British Combined Forces nuclear test veteran and participated in the 1957 'Antler' series of nuclear tests in Maralinga, Australia.

A retired Church of England Minister, he lives in Norwich and has been a philatelist for over 60 years, he is the current President of the Norfolk & Norwich Philatelic Society.
